Spaghetti Bolonese

Spaghetti, Mince meat, Crunchy Pepper, Grated Cheese, Smooth Tomatoes, Carrot and Celery

In a pan over a medium heat, fry 3 cloves of garlic chopped up. Use a tablespoon of olive oil or whatever oil you have is fine. Grate one large carrot skin on, just give it a wash, chop one red pepper. Chopped vegs into the onion and garlic also add one stick of chopped celery add in five to six table spoon of water, and half tablespoon of salt. Put the lid on and they will soften much quicker, boil for 5 -7 minutes. Put all the veg into a blender and blitz to whatever consistency you want, add smooth tomatoes paste. In another pan put in 500g of minced beef, add 5 tablespoon of oil, break it up so it will cook quicker and evenly, when the mince meat is all brown, add in the blitzed veg, add in a teaspoon of basil, chili, and powdered garlic, add in 500g of smooth tomatoes as much as you need to have the consistency you want. Lastly serve over a cooked spaghetti top with grated cheese
